Keyzer Pretorius established Xtreme Properties 24 and Auctioneers with an intense desire to make a difference in the Industry – to set the standards by which the wider Community evaluates their Real Estate experiences. Keyzer comes with a wealth of Industry experience having been involved in a multi-faceted approach for over twenty -five years.
He achieved his BSc Marketing / Masters’ Degree in 1999. His passion for continuous learning is evident in the fact that he also has qualifications in Communications (NLP), Investment Practice and Auctioneering.
Keyzer leads a dynamic and experienced Team with his knowledge and expertise and is the most competent and credible person to head the Team. Committed to ongoing learning, training and development, Keyzer has established a strong referral network and strives to continually surpass client expectations.
Michelle Booyens has completed a University Degree in Education (BPrimEd), followed by extensive experience in the field of Financial Services. She has also followed a successful career in retail sales where she lived her passion for excellent client service. Michelle’s education, qualifications and training has ensured a successful and dynamic career in Finance and, more recently, in Real Estate.
Michelle’s career in Real Estate commenced in 2013, and as a testament to her dedication and passion she is already pursuing further qualifications. At Xtreme Properties 24 and Auctioneers, Michelle plays an integral part in the management, development and growth of the company where she has found her vision and values mirrored by the Team.
Delano Louw started a new career path in the Property Sector by joining Xtreme Properties 24 and Auctioneers in August 2018. Prior to this he obtained extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, from management, sales, marketing and production lines in retail as well as in the corporate industry, managing over 400 residents in an estate complex as a complex manager, graphic and web development for some of the top companies in South Africa. With his vast range of experience and expertise, he has developed a passion for people, new business ideas and concepts and also creating systems and processes for the convenience of the client.
