• Copy of your SARS Tax reference Certificate / Number
• 6 Month’s Bank Statements
• Last 3 Month’s Payslip

We need the following documents from all directors of the company:

• Copy of your identity document (All directors / members / trustees)
• Marriage Certificate (All directors / members / trustees, if married)
• Proof of Address (Telkom / Municipal Account (not older than 3 months) – (All directors / members / trustees)
• Copy of your SARS Tax Reference Certificate (All directors / members / trustees, if married)

  • CM1 / CM22 / COR 39 / COR 21
• Closed corporation:
  • CK1 / CK2 (if necessary);
• Trusts:
  
  • Letter of Authority / Master’s Certificate;
  • Trust Deed and all amendments thereto;
  • Resolution to approve the purchase (and loan application, if applicable) taken before the Agreement of Sale was signed. (The only exception is where it is a cash transaction and all the Trustees have signed the Agreement of Sale.)
