Please note that this Property is available on an Online Auction with a Minimum Reserve Price and Auctioneer’s Fee applicable.
Terms and Conditions
- Please note that there is a Minimum of a 10% Deposit and an Auctioneers Fee payable upon submission of the Offer to the Seller.
- Please note the price advertised is the Minimum Reserve Price and is excluding the Auctioneer’s Fee.
- Should you wish to view the Property, there is a Viewing Fee applicable and payable before arranging the viewing.
- *Please note that there is also a Contract Fee of R 3000 payable before preparation of the Offer to Purchase. Once you want to proceed, we will send the invoice for payment.
- All Properties will be sold with reserve, unless otherwise stated, and the property will be sold to the highest bidder but subject to confirmation of the Seller and acceptance, counter-offer or rejection of the offer by the Seller.

Buying in a Natural Person’s Name?
We require the below documents of the Person(s) in whose name the Property will be purchased:
- Copy of your Identity Document
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Proof of Residence (Telkom Acc. / Municipality Acc. (not older than 3 months)
- Copy of your SARS Tax reference Certificate / Number
- 6 Month’s Bank Statements
- Last 3 Month’s Payslip
Buying in a Company / Closed Corporation / Trust?
We need the following documents from all directors of the company:
- Copy of your identity document (All directors / members / trustees)
- Marriage Certificate (All directors / members / trustees, if married)
- Proof of Address (Telkom / Municipal Account (not older than 3 months) – (All directors / members / trustees)
- Copy of your SARS Tax Reference Certificate (All directors / members / trustees, if married)
- Company:
- CM1 / CM22 / COR 39 / COR 21
- Closed corporation:
- CK1 / CK2 (if necessary);
- Trusts:
- Letter of Authority / Master’s Certificate;
- Trust Deed and all amendments thereto;
- Resolution to approve the purchase (and loan application, if applicable) taken before the Agreement of Sale was signed. (The only exception is where it is a cash transaction and all the Trustees have signed the Agreement of Sale.)
